An antique is a decorative object, piece of furniture, or other work of art that was made long ago and is collected and valued for its beauty, workmanship, rarity and age. A true antique is at least 100 years old, where a near antique is between 75 to 99 years old. The word vintage refers to goods of a certain time, usually from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Collectibles are any popular items from any era that are sought out by collectors. Antiques have character and a sense of history. Antique furniture was built to last. Experience the thrill of antique hunting whether you are searching for a certain piece or hoping to stumble upon a treasure that catches your fancy. Add a little piece of history for your home.
